Dear Hiring Manager,
I came across the job posting of Associate Web Developer on LinkedIn by your organization and could not hold myself back from writing to you after reading the job description. I am a passionate techie with 3+ years of experience in Website Development. I design and develop static and dynamic websites for clients on a regular basis.
I am currently working as Junior Web Developer at a start-up AS Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a part of the Software Development team. During my tenure here, I have created 25+ static and dynamic websites for top MNCs and MSMEs. My work has directly impacted the revenue of the organization by approx. 15%. I have also worked on revamping existing websites to decrease bounce rate, increase user interaction time(engagement rate) and CTR. Taking an average of all the website revamps, I have reduced the bounce rate by 42% and increased the session duration by 74%.
I have both theoretical and practical knowledge in languages like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java and Python. WIth the zeal to learn more, I am also assisting my team members in developing Android Applications to gain hands-on experience on Android Application Development. I closely work with the Design and Video Editing team for Marketing Collaterals and with the Product team for Website Development tasks. I am also familiar with Product Management tools such as JIRA and CRM tools like Hubspot and Zoho.
Furthermore, I also work as a Freelance Web Developer for various clients which has given me a diverse experience on Web Development and has added more skills to my arsenal.
I have completed my B. Tech in Computer Science Engineering from ABC University and have completed online courses on Web Development, UI/UX Design and Design Thinking by Great Learning Academy.
